World of Coca‑Cola is open 7 days a week. We close only on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Hours of operation are subject to change. Check today’s hours.
The average visit time is approximately 2 hours.
Parking is available at World of Coca‑Cola parking garage for a fee of $17 per vehicle. Directions to the garage.
Buses and vehicles larger than 7’H x 8’W x 16’L should utilize the Georgia World Congress Center bus marshaling yard. Link

A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Baby strollers are welcome. Single strollers are recommended due to high traffic during peak attendance times.
Powerchairs and mobility scooters are also welcome. During peak attendance times, conventional wheelchairs are encouraged.

Pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities, or working dogs in training are allowed inside the attraction.
We do not offer coat or luggage checks at this time.
Baby changing stations are available in all restrooms. Family restrooms are also available on each floor.
If you have lost an item, please notify any World of Coca‑Cola Ambassador or contact us at (404)-676-5151. Lost items are held for 30 days and can be claimed in the Coca‑Cola Store.
We no longer offer a foreign language map service.
We welcome and encourage you to take photographs and videos to share with your friends and family. There are also on-site photographers that will capture special moments at designated locations in the attraction. You’ll receive your own PhotoCard and can stop by the Imaging Gallery in Coca‑Cola Store to view and purchase your souvenir photos. Special pricing for group photo packages is available.
For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the attraction.

Proper attire must be worn when visiting World of Coca‑Cola as well as the green space adjacent to the attraction. Since this is a family-friendly attraction, guests should refrain from wearing apparel, accessories, or body art that could be considered offensive or inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to messaging or graphics portraying nudity, profanity, support of drugs or drug use, sexual innuendo/suggestions, negative ethnic or racial commentary, and hatred/violence in any form.

Currently, guests who have purchased a CityPASS do not need an assigned time to visit World of Coca‑Cola or the Taste-It! experience. Once you arrive, please have your pass ready to be scanned at the red entry arch. Learn more about CityPASS.
If you need to make a change to the entry time of your ticket, please speak to an associate at the gate. We are able to help with ticket time adjustments pending availability capacity. In the case of a lost ticket, please provide the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your government-issued ID once arriving at the gate so we can help locate your tickets! Tickets to World of Coca‑Cola are nonrefundable.
If you are simply running late, we will do our best to accommodate you once you arrive at the gate. There is no need to contact us ahead of time to let us know you are running late. If you wish to visit at an earlier time, please call us at 404-676-5151. Unfortunately, if you are unable to visit on the date for which you purchased tickets, we will need to arrange for you to visit on another date, pending available capacity. Please contact us at 404-676-5151 and we will do our best to assist you.
Please contact group sales to receive more information regarding Coca‑Cola Global Community Connections and their role in possibly providing charitable vouchers for your school group visit.
If your group is tax-exempt, you must provide one of the following to receive the non-tax rate. Please send this to the group sales office in advance of your reservation by email or fax.
We currently offer Guided Tour tickets for $35 per person. The Guided Tour tickets include a 1-hour ambassador-led tour where you will be guided through our most popular exhibits and shows, such as an Olympic torch show-and-tell – all exclusive to the private tour. You will also get a skip-the-line photo opportunity with the Coca‑Cola Polar Bear. Tickets must be purchased online, in advance. Max group size is 12. Groups with less than 12 guests may be paired with other smaller groups.
